We are the last remaining mixed animal hospital (we see all animals) on the western slope of Colorado and we truly are a dying breed. These days, veterinary medicine is corporately owned and focuses on one specific goal: money. Cookie-cutter administrative professionals, cookie-cutter veterinary technicians, cookie-cutter veterinary technician assistants, cookie-cutter vets.

Veterinary Technician Assistant/Receptionist
- Great entry level position if you aren’t sure whether you want to work at the front desk or in the hospital as a TA (Technician Assistant)
- Focuses on the fundamentals of how our hospital operates to allow you to find out where you can best fit within our team
- Shifts are M-F 730am-430pm or 9am-6pm
- We will pay for you to go to school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician!
Veterinary Technician
- CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician), RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) or minimum 5 years of experience as a technician
- 4 day work week
- If you are not a CVT or RVT, we will pay for you to go to school to become certified as Colorado is requiring us to have certified technicians
Veterinary Technician Student
- We are always happy to host students! Please email techs@glenwoodvet.com with your interested dates and school requirements.
Associate Veterinarian
